Get this- I just started hearing my brakes the day before I got a call from David asking me how things are going. He noticed that on my last oil change that there was a note about a caliper (I'm not a car guy so this is what I heard) that was toward the end of it's life. I told him what things sounded like, and he said that it was time to repair it. I got in for my appointment and Tyler starts asking me what the intention for my Civic is. I told him I want it to go for another 300,000 miles and Tyler lit up! He asked me if I got a valve tune at 100,000 miles (I didn't know), and he said he would look at it. The tune up, he said, would give me more power AND efficiency! He's talking my language now! I was expecting a couple hundred more than the estimate was, so score! Everyone on the team listens and cares- which is the best! I come from about an hour away to get this kind of service, and I won't go anywhere else.
