Took our 1998 Jeep Cherokee in for a leaking power steering. They went through the Jeep and pointed out some other issues. They were very transparent offering for us to come look for ourselves. Put the Jeep on the lift and went through everything for us. We decided to have everything they found fixed. Drives like a new vehicle. Would definitely recommend them.

Best auto shop in northern NJ. I have been a customer for the last 5 years and will continue to bring all of my vehicles here. They do everything from basic maintenance to complicated jobs like lift kits and exhaust. I had a 6inch lift kit installed about a year ago and it’s holding up well. Once again Automotive Magic delivered first class service by putting four new tires on, rebalancing the alignment and test driving my car to ensure top performance. I caught-up on my reading as I waited in their pleasantly decorated and comfortable waiting area. As a safety measure, I was informed that I needed to return after driving 50 miles so the lugs could be rechecked/tightened by simply stopping by at any time. This flexibility is one of the things I love about going to Automotive Magic.

We could not have been happier with the service provided by Automotive Magic. Shawn and his team were fantastic to deal with. They diagnosed the problem, kept us informed on all developments and performed excellent work. We live over an hour away and got stuck so we wound up there completely by accident. They offered to provide us with a loaner car for the weekend and would drop our car off when the work was completed. They even brought me into the garage to show me what they were working on and where the problem was. That is the level of service they provided. Lauren at the front desk could not have been more helpful or prompt with her responses and updates. Overall an excellent experience to an unfortunate event. Highly highly recommended!!!

I would like to start off by saying that Automotive Magic is the best mechanic shop I ever been to, they took care of my baby like it was a Lamborghini. That has been my problem with other mechanics they never diagnosed my car like they wanted to fix the problems afterwards. I would have never known my car had all these problems with any other place. All I ask for is honesty and professionalism that's what I received at Automotive Magic, they did a fantastic job with my car, she's riding like new. The prices were shocking at first but it wasn't their fault so many things needed fixing, she's a older car and it was mostly wear and tear . Worth keeping. Thank you guys for all your hardwork and detailed process. I could go on more but I think you guys get the picture. I totally recommend if you're serious about fixing your car.

I got a call a few weeks ago from Lauren following up on the deferred work of my Civic. She informed me of what was coming up and (predictably) due. I knew I needed tires... I got things scheduled for a few weeks later, which was yesterday! Last Wednesday Lauren called me again and we got my services confirmed and an estimate of $1500. All my work got done and the final bill was $1403, and I'm stoked! They keep track of all my service so I don't have to (don't ask me what I got done- they know so I don't have to). My car runs smooth again, I got an honest assessment of what would be coming up and when (I hear a thud from my clutch and Pete says it's got a bit of time until it needs to be replaced). Ben found tires less than I did, Lauren was caring and knowledgeable, and Pete did a great job! Thanks Automotive Magic for keeping me on the road safe and happy!

I made this appointment in October with my last service and totally forgot about it. Lauren contacted me as a reminder about my oil change and to check if I needed anything else for the upcoming appointment. I was over for my oil so she bumped the appointment up a week (Lauren is a god-send in doing the thinking for me) and got my Civic serviced before the snow storm. Shawn was the tech and he got everything up to spec again- he even found and replaced the fog light that had burnt out that I didn't know about. The price was $15 under what I was quoted, which makes me happy! Driving for the last couple days, it feels better than what I remember in the snow. I trust this team- they know what's going on with my car (and me and my dog) and what I expect to get from my car. A good mechanic shop and a good accountant is what I need, and Auto-Magic is the best shop I've ever had. Thank you for everything!

Brought the car in for a 100,000 mile service as well as a shake I had at highway speed. Authorized some work and found some line items that I didn't need on the bill. When I double checked some of those line items they were not completed. My concern was that if they are not detail oriented enough to notice the small things, than why or how could I trust the larger repairs to be done with anymore care. UPDATE: I was called by owner and the details of my issues were reviewed. A plan was put in place to correct an understandable issue. Things do happen and the response to those issues is what matters, Sean made the effort to correct them. This is how business should be done.

I have a vintage Mustang that I built from the unibody on up. This is a car that is a replica of a car that I had when dating my high school sweetheart and my wife of 42 years. Long story short, I had many parts left over from my original car that were used during the Restoration process on this car. Let’s just say I don’t trust this car out of my sight to just anyone. However, the good people at automotive magic made me feel confident about leaving my car with them. I’ve always done my homework, and been in the automotive business for many years. Unfortunately, it is the years that I’ve caught up to me and I can no longer do the work. The people at automotive magic tackled the job and did very nice work. Bear in mind, this work was my specialty for many many years. I would probably be the first one to criticize the work, but I can only give them high praise for the professionalism. Shawn, the owner has created an atmosphere in his shop where he not only attracts not only highly qualified people but people who truly enjoy their work and enjoy working together. What more could you ask for?

I have used Automotive Magic several times to service my vehicles. Each time the services both vehicle and customer has been outstanding. Services are explained, reviewed, and recommended without being pushy. As an example, recently I had taken my vehicle to another shop for brake work and was quoted an astronomical amount which I felt included work that may not need to be done so I brought it into Automotive Magic and they honestly and accurately looked over the vehicle and gave me a quote that was much more reasonable. A trustworthy, honest, and fair auto repair shop seems to be difficult to find nowadays but it's great to know one is in our neighbourhood!

Great place for auto repairs, the service manager, Ben, is friendly to talk to. He is willing to answer all questions and explain options available. Shop is clean, including the waiting area and the bathroom.

I had a new windshield wiper that had been ordered, installed on the rear window of my car. Automotive Magic was very accommodating as I was able to bring my car to their shop 20 minutes after I called to make the appointment.

I trust my car services I receive here!

I've done IT work for this business and through that work have gotten to know the owner and his staff quite well. I've seen the inner workings on how they and their management run the business and they are extremely customer focused. They are constantly trying to improve every aspect of how they do things. They service all my vehicles.

My car broke down and had it towed to Automotive Magic. The Mechanic called with an estimate for the repairs. A few hours later he called me back saying the repairs are actually going to be cheaper then the price he originally quoted. When does that ever happen!?

I went in for a mid-service check in, didn’t call, I just showed up. I was getting ready for a holiday trip to chicago, and wanted some piece of mind. The guys hooked me up again. Brendon did an excellent health report, and gave me a comprehensive list of what will need to be done shortly after getting back and really listened. I got a rotate and balance and my civic drove like a dream. They said they were going to put in a “Magic Touch,” and when I got in, I was floored- it was beautiful looking out the windows and mirrors! Thanks guys (and ladies), one happy guy again!

Best service ever, they were able to diagnose the problem on why the Acura SUV died on Thanksgiving and get the car back on the road as stated. There were no hidden surprises in the estimate of costs of repairs. They looked at the whole car to make sure it was safe for my family. The staff was patient in explaining the problem and were courteous in working around my needs. I highly recommend Automotive Magic and next will take my son's car to be serviced.

What a great place! Every worker there was so helpful and friendly. I can't say enough good things. They even gave me a follow up call a week or so after to make sure we were satisfied! That's good customer service right there. They did a great job with our car and I don't think we will trust anyone else from here on out. Bonus points for the fact that they donated to our local Breast Cancer fundraiser AAANNNDDD the owner (I think it was one of the owners... if not it was a manager) spent the whole day at the fundraiser in the kitchen flipping pancakes. I had a dead battery and Triple AAA came out and told me the battery was bad. Triple AAA was able to jump start it and I drove it to Automotive Magic. They promptly replaced the battery and I was on my way within the hour. It was a pleasure to be on the receiving end of courteous, stellar service.

I visited their new location in Lake Hopatcong today for an oil change. I was in and out in 30 minutes! The staff was very friendly, organized and accommodating, even as they are a new business in the area. Nothing /no one[no company is perfect. The only issue i had with your facility was I sat for 45 minutes only to be told when i asked about the hold up| i was then told you had an issue with a lift| Had i known that i would have left and come back another day.

I was having issues with my vehicle in reverse. I brought the car to them and after diagnosing my vehicle they found that the transmission needed replacing. They informed me that the trans was most likley covered under the vehicle warranty and I should bring it to the dealer. They were right and saved me alot of money. If they told me we need to replace the trans (no warranty) I would have hired them to do it. Instead, they were more concerned about doing the right thing than taking advantage of a situation to make money. These guys are honest and reliable. Every business should be run this way.

All was good. I do wish that the technician was able to find the lamp that is apparently burnt out on my vehicle since the warning light is appearing on my instrument panel that a light is out on the car. It's no big deal I know, just wish he was able to find the problem to clear this warning light that keeps flashing on my panel. Also, with regards to the oil change, do you all still have the oil change reward program where after 4 oil changes the next one is free? I have a key tag for this and it was not punched with yesterday's oil change service. Other than these two items I am happy with the service I received yesterday on my BMW 328i. Have a great day! A phone call to discuss the the work, the price and any recommendation of the mechanic. It’s nice to know how much your car repairs will cost before the work is done!! No surprises!! I was driving by lake Hopatcong when my steering wheel locked! Mid drive! Scary situation, luckily my homie had AAA and was able to get me a cheap tow to the nearest mechanic, and I was even luckier that Automotive Magic was the closest repiar shop to head to. The shop was the neatest and most professional mechanics place ive ever seen! The staff were all professional and very kind to me as a first time customer, the waiting room felt like home. The main counter was so cool i thought it was special granite but it was made with car tail light pieces and polished to perfection, looked so fresh. The staff was quick to find the issue with my car which turned out the alternator had problems supplying power to the steering. They called me to let me know what was going on and gave me an honest estimate. I was glad to know theyre honesty and price were very appropriate. A full diagnostic report on a used car that I had purchased provided the ammunition I needed to resolve a complaint that I had filed against the dealership that had fraudulently misrepresented the vehicle to me and I am now returning the car for a full refund. Wow, what can I say. I had a new uograded Heat Exchanger put into my E55 with a split cooling kit and they did an amazing job as usual. Great machanics and customer services. Let me start by saying, my husband and I own our own automotive repair shop. But I was out shopping with my baby and toddler in an unfamiliar area when my tire pressure light went on. The pressure was dropping quickly so I must have picked up a nail. I stopped in with no appointment and Shawn and his staff took care of me right away! They checked my tires, patched the hole, and rotated them quickly. I felt very comfortable at the shop, and the waiting room was clean and inviting. I would highly recommend their shop!

I once came to this garage with a different vehicle that was having even more problems than the one I currently have (in the end, that vehicle was good for nothing but selling it for scrap). At that time, they were courteous and had a plan mapped out for me. I ended up not being able to leave the vehicle with them, but I was so impressed with how well I was treated with a beat up old rusted vehicle, that when I had a problem with my new vehicle, they were the first place I thought of. They fixed the immediate problem, and gave me estimates for additional problems. Steven (Stephen?) was very honest and down-to-earth with me (My favorite part of the conversation was his asking something like "how long are you truly looking to drive this car?" Because yes, this car has a lot of problems - Thanks, other garage who sold me that car!). The main problem got fixed, and I was on my way. It was a 4-star experience, I left a 4-star review. That is NOT a bad experience or review, mind you. There was one minor issue. This time I had a few very urgent issues which came up. Again, the staff at Automotive Magic was very down to earth with me. In a perfect world, I'd have the money to fix all of the problems. That said, in a perfect world I'd just buy a new car that's more reliable. Not AM's fault at all there. I told them my plan for the car, and that I needed only to fix the issues that would get me through to that target. And my budget. Not only was the garage willing to work with me on that, they called me the next day and said they found ANOTHER issue they missed in their initital assessment, and was also a part of one of the urgent issues. BUT, because they missed it in their initial assessment, I was told it would be repaired at no charge. Like...what??? This is NOT what I'm used to hearing from a garage. Normally it's 'Oh, also we found this. Sucks to be you, it'll cost you more'. I was dumbfounded. Honestly, I still AM dumbfounded. Not only did this garage do that for me (have I mentioned I still can't believe that additional touch there?). Not ONLY did they somehow (haha, "Magically") come in at under budget when the original quote was way beyond it, but they also came back around and fixed the minor issue from the first repair that broke again. That's right, my windshield washer works, just in time for winter! Let's face it. Cars always need work. No matter how great or cruddy the car was to begin with. You can read this and make your own decision as to where you go. But I'm definitely sticking with the garage that stuck by me. And Just like I've been doing with my friends and coworkers (none of them live in the area and probably wouldn't come here, I just want to make them jealous), every time I go there, I will definitely be providing a review like this. Every time. Thank you so much for letting me feel comfortable and safe driving my car!!

They diagnosed and corrected a problem no one else had been able to find, and at considerably less cost, in addition to doing a thorough examination of the entire vehicle, in addition everyone is friendly and personable. Couldn’t see any reason for ever going anywhere else! They even researched other issues I had going on and found factory recalls that I could get corrected for free at the dealer! Above and beyond!!! Best Repair Experience Ever! Trustworthy, competent and went above and beyond.

All the ABS related lights on my daughter’s Nissan lit up one morning| the local dealership ran their “diagnostics” (for $135) and said she needed a new ABS actuator, parts plus labor plus tax, $2,000. Took it to Shawn and Steve for a second opinion, and, long story short, they concluded the old-ish battery was causing the diagnostics to throw off false positives. They put a test battery in it and it seemed to be fine. $200. I waited a month, no further issues, and then went back to the dealership and got a refund for that great diagnosis. Thanks guys!!

I have a thing with garages. A garage sold me this car. It wasn't until I bought it that I learned that the car I bought is action packed with issues. So I came to this garage. I had a pretty good experience overall. They were pretty open with what had to be done. My only minor dislike is, I asked them to fix my windshield washer sprayer. I made it clear I was willing to pay for it, and made the problem clear. They did try to fix it. As I drove the car home, I tried the windshield washer. Didn't work. I opened the hood, hose was disconnected and the engine space had fluid all over. I'll ask to have whatever needs to be properly replaced, get properly replaced (and once again,I will pay) when I get the seized drum brake repaired. At least this garage is wayyyyy more open and understanding than the garage that sold me this car. Don't worry, I'll definitely be back!

We had our Nissan Murano sent in for an oil change, tire rotation and engine filter replacement. These guys were great! Very professional and courteous. I love their automated information system they have in place for scheduling appointments and receiving updates. VERY NICE! All work was done the same day and on budget. Great service and friendly employees. I went in because my tire pressure indicator light was on. I do a lot of driving for my job and wanted to be sure I wasn't looking at a potential flat tire, I also needed an oil change and some scheduled maintenance. Fortunately, they were able to take me right away which was great. They performed the scheduled maintenance, determined that there was nothing wrong with my tires (phew) and detected a service that was overdue and provided me with a quote for that when I am ready. I don't remember how long we've been using Automotive Magic for our vehicles, but I remember that we started going there a few years back because a friend recommended them to us. We trust them to take care of our cars for a fair price, and the staff has always been friendly and professional. We also appreciate the % off labor coupons that they mail out every couple of months that never expire...love finding one in the closet whenever we need to bring a car in. Also a nicer waiting area than most (all?) car repair places we've used before - electric outlets and a Keurig mean I've been able to be productive whenever I've had to wait on site for a repair.

I received your letter requesting feedbacks and I have to tell you, I like what I see and the professionalism with which you work. Some shops, as they get larger, lose the personal touch that made them great to start with. I know you are conscious of that and I think it's important for you to keep focused on that. It makes the clients feel like you are taking a personal interest in them and their vehicles. As you know most people's vehicles are an extension of them, because they learn to rely on them for protection and transportation. There's nothing worse than walking through a parking lot on a cold windy snowy day and having your car not start. If they find a reputable service station that diagnosis and repairs their vehicle the first time, they are grateful, because every trip to the service station is an inconvenience and you do a great job in helping alleviate that. "I think you're headed down the right road. Keep focused on that, and I know you are also focused on hiring and retaining top notch technicians and that's important for the "get it right the first time" attitude that you have. I have been using my car new dealership service department exclusively for over 20 years. I was under the impression that an automotive service shop that offered a reasonable price, installed great products, and employed good mechanics was impossible to find. I have to admit that I was wrong. Automotive Magic, in Kenvil, NJ, has to be the find of the decade for me. My dealership informed me that my Honda Pilot needed brakes on all four wheels. The price they quoted me was outrageous. I shopped around the internet and stumbled on Automotive Magic. I called them the next day. Nick, the service advisor, answered all my questions. He even offered to pick my vehicle up at the park-n-ride, work on the vehicle, and return it back to the park-n-ride. How convenient is that? He assured me that no work would be performed without my approval. I took him up on the offer. Well let me tell you that they exceeded my expectations for service. Here's how they did it. They called me and advised me that the car only needed front brakes. The rear brakes were only half way used. The price quoted was for new brake pads and rotors. The dealer was going to resurface the rotors. The car was finished on time, returned to the park-n-ride, and they even washed the car. I had mentioned that the handicap placard that inadvertently slipped into a void between the dashboard and windshield. They retrieved it for me… no charge. I received a follow up call the next day from Nick. I have to tell you that that wasn't expected. About a month later, I received a call from Shawn, the owner, asking me if everything was OK with the work. Now, that is "going the extra mile". That wasn't expected. I can't see the service manager of the dealership calling me to make sure everything was OK. They sure now how to get a customer for life. I can't imagine ever going back to the dealership.

It is always a pleasure to come to your garage. Nick is a very respectful and fun person that you have in the front, he keeps you up dated on all work being done and goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable. You complete the work as quickly as possible and unlike some place I have been you come right out with what needs to be fixed and only what needs to be fixed. I have nothing but great things to say about you all the time and I recommend anyone who is looking for a good mechanic to come to your shop. I know I have told you this before but you guys don't try and pull the wool over my eyes just because I'm a women like other places have. You only will repair what needs to be repaired and will not let you spend money on a lost cause like the 86 Toyota Tercel that you wouldn't let me sink another 1000.00 dollars into. If it wasn't for you and the guys I don't know where I would be going. I needed new tires on my daughter's car. They researched the best fit and quoted a very fair price for both tires & installation. They recommended the Nitrogen service instead of ordinary compressed air. Never heard of it for passenger cars, but it made such logical sense that I had to try it. So very glad I did. The ride with nitrogen immediately feels smoother and more like a new car. When my car needed new tires I called Automotive Magic to get them for me - and definitely wanted the Nitrogen Service for these tires too. Does my 2001 Crown Victoria drive better? You bet. The ride is smooth and secure. After a few months, I am still amazed - tire pressure remains good without the usual refilling schedule even through the winter. I encourage everyone to get the Nitrogen Service for their tires.

What a great find - such wonderful, honest customer service and lots of incentives to return. Went in for an oil change being new to the area, based on other reviews. They did not disappoint - in fact while waiting for my car to be done ( which took no time at all) I witnessed first hand another customer being told that the expensive work he had been told he needed from another shop was not necessary at all and then wasn't charged for the assessment! I plan on using this wonderful business for all my automotive needs.

I honestly can't say if they have the best prices because I stopped looking around after my first time dealing with Automotive Magic - Brian specifically. The highest praise I can give for an auto shop is that I TRUST Automotive Magic. They work with you on spacing out repairs based on what is necessary at what time and they don't try to pressure repairs that aren't needed.

I've been coming here for years through 2 cars. They have always stood by their work (the actually replaced something for free once when I brought it in for service and noticed it was something that they worked on) and they never recommend more than you need. They advised against a tire rotation because I didn't need it. They could have easily done it and charged me. The work is always quality, done on time, and the customer service is excellent.

Exceptional Service. Coming back from a road trip from NYC to Chicago my car was having some issues. Stopped by the shop and had Shawn take a look at the car. I stopped by and was greeted by Brian. Couldn't have been more professional and accommodating. After a quick, very reasonable estimate, I decided to let them handle this one. Couldn't be happier. Tom and Shaun took care of everything including recommending some belts be replaced while they were in there. Didn't cost anymore in labor, just the parts. When I went back to pick the car up, Shaun came out and explained what he did, showed me the old parts and gave my Dad and I a tour though the shop as he saw that we were "fellow gearheads". Very friendly, professional team that seem to love what they do. I will definitely return for service in the future and have no problem recommending them to family and friends. Thanks guys!

They are truly Magic. After going round and round with dealers, other shops and backyard mechanics, who all told me I needed a new engine and/or transmission, I brought it to Automotive Magic. He changed the spark plugs and coils on my 2007 Lincoln Pickup for drastically less money than all the others (special spark plugs that could break off and fall in the engine). Unbelievably, the trans stopped slipping and the truck, with 160k miles, runs like new. Perfectly. Magically Don't even THINK about going somewhere else. These guys are the best.

Waiting area is comfortable. The price for the alignment was comparable to local shops and included a free multi-point inspection. Alignment came out perfect and that's all I needed done. Brian appreciated me bringing my car there for service and gave me two referral cards (gives a friend a discount, gives you a reward for referring), as well as a handwritten thank-you card in the mail a couple weeks later. By far the best experience I've had when it comes to car shops. Highly recommended, honest and welcoming people.

Auto Magic is a diamond in the rough. Best shop I have ever been to. They are professional, welcoming, and hospitable. You are a guest as soon as you walk in the door. On top of that, their prices are better than the surrounding name brand national chain shops! They earned my repeat business.

My brother recommended I come here for some issues with my car. Shawn (the owner) and his staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me from start to finish. He put the car on the lift and showed me piece by piece how things work! They also drive you to where you need to go within a five mile range. I went in just to have new tires put on my car several months ago and Shawn told me that they just about do everything in their shop. So I took him up on his offer and had them install an entire exhaust system on my car from Headers to the mufflers. Wow, what great quality work they did, without rushing. I was recommended by a friend to take the car elsewhere to an experienced performance shop instead to get it done two hours away from where I live. Can't believe I got lucky with a local shop as good as Automotive Magic. Shawn and his crew rocks! They get all my business from now on, Thanks guys!

We have an older model minivan and it is getting up there in miles. The check engine light has been on and therefore it wouldn't pass inspection. We were hesitant to put any money into it so we took it to Automotive Magic to see if we should just cut our losses and junk it. Long story short, they not only got it running well but also got it inspected for us and it passed!!! They found a damaged wire that had been causing the light to be on for the past several years on and off. They also fixed the AC and cleaned out the car. Full service and then some! I can't say enough good things about Automotive Magic. From the first time I visited they gave me a superior level of customer service and proved that they are completely honest and reliable. I never thought I would be able to say that I trust my mechanic, I have been cheated so many times, but I trust them completely. You can't find better price, customer service, or friendly staff anywhere. I also have a very busy schedule and they are great about being flexible on time with my appointments. Brought in my 99 Chevy lumina for repairs. It was riding rough and needed exhaust repair. I went because of the 4.8 rating and I say they deserve a 5.0. Why, because I got quotes from 3 other shops, only one other shop is decent. And Automotive Magic does not sell you something you don't need, and they get the job done in the shortest possible time.

I recently moved to NJ and needed to get my '03 Honda CRV "safe and legal" since it had service lights on, it would not pass emissions testing. Not knowing the area, I took my car to the guys at Automotive Magic in Kenvil because they are close to where I live. My CRV is well used - I commonly went 10-15k miles between oil changes, and it has over 200,000 miles, the transmission fluid had not been changed in 140k miles, and (frankly) my family has been hard on it. The guys at Automotive Magic listened to what I needed, I gave them my budget, and after they did a thorough inspection of my car, they gave me a list of items that would make my care legal, make it safe to drive, and then the things that would make it better to drive (they have a scale of 1-5 with regards to importance that a service gets done). They knew going into it how much I had to spend ($2,000) - in most cases this would be tipping my hand. They could have easily kept within that amount, neglected to tell me of certain items until I had already sunk several thousand into repairs, but instead they were honest and gave me a list of issues (totaling $7,000), knowing that it meant that I would go buy a newer car instead of fixing my old one. Even though it meant that they would not get my immediate service, they have earned a loyal customer. I have NEVER been loyal to a mechanic, and in the rest of the country NJ does not exactly has a reputation for honesty and friendliness, but the guys at Automotive Magic proved to me that not every experience in NJ has to be a nightmare. Obviously I wish my car could have been fixed for cheaper, but they gave me a break on labor for compound problems which required changing multiple things in the same location. I was also greeted with a smile, not a scowl| I was approached several times to make sure that I was happy and that I was taken care of| and just today, I received a hand-written thank you note in the mail for choosing their shop. My final bill was under three hundred dollars, for an oil-change, degreasing the engine, code check, examining the codes from the on-board computer to determine which codes were being triggered incorrectly so that I wouldn't be fixing something which didn't require it, and a check to determine why my AC did not work, why my doors did not unlock remotely, and to look at the tumbler in my door to see if a locksmith would have to fix it or if they could. I could not be happier with my experience. They also have a pretty good referral program, in my opinion. I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs service. I had my car towed almost 2 hours to there shop. they fixed my car, great price, the staff is A+ the best I ever delt with. I would highly recommend them to anybody, there absolutely the best in the business.

They will tell you what you need for your vehicle, but wont push you or make you feel dumb for not wanting or being able to do something at that time. I took my car in for service for the first time on the recommendation from two people. I was very pleased with the service and the friendliness of the staff. Everything was explained to me before the work was done. They appreciate their customers and are honest from the front desk to the mechanics. I don't feel I was overcharged for anything like some other places. This is definitely a place I will return to with my car when I need any service done.

I would feel comfortable recommending Automotive Magic to anyone! I first heard of them via a brochure under my windshield wiper. When I needed some service done, I figured I'd give them a shot and I was blown away at how professionally they run their garage. They are a fine, upstanding group of guys there and I wish that more mechanics ran their businesses in the way that Automotive Magic does. I've since told all my friends and my family members about this little gem nestled off Rt. 46 and they too have become customers. Taking your car to the mechanic can be a very harrowing experience. Tales are often told of rip-off schemes or scam artists that will charge an arm and a leg to fix non-existent issues.
