I've done IT work for this business and through that work have gotten to know the owner and his staff quite well. I've seen the inner workings on how they and their management run the business and they are extremely customer focused. They are constantly trying to improve every aspect of how they do things. They service all my vehicles.

My car broke down and had it towed to Automotive Magic. The Mechanic called with an estimate for the repairs. A few hours later he called me back saying the repairs are actually going to be cheaper then the price he originally quoted. When does that ever happen!?

As I've come to expect from the Automotive Magic family, the new location is just as well run. I called about bringing my car in today (Friday before NYE) and David told me they had 3 cars ahead of me, so it would be 30 minutes before I could even be seen. I headed there and we were actually in and out in about 35 minutes. David set my expectations and as usual, they exceeded the expectations. It was a loose inner valve issue, which they tightened at no cost. Great Customer Service and outstanding service, as usual. Thanks to the whole team!!

Good experience the last two times I have been here. I will return. I wish they would open at 7 am making it easier to schedule around work.

I went in for a mid-service check in, didn’t call, I just showed up. I was getting ready for a holiday trip to chicago, and wanted some piece of mind. The guys hooked me up again. Brendon did an excellent health report, and gave me a comprehensive list of what will need to be done shortly after getting back and really listened. I got a rotate and balance and my civic drove like a dream. They said they were going to put in a “Magic Touch,” and when I got in, I was floored- it was beautiful looking out the windows and mirrors! Thanks guys (and ladies), one happy guy again!

I am hard to please and very picky. Shawn and his staff operate on a higher level of service then you will find at other mechanics. From the customer service to the thorough explanation of what was needed to be done, the attention to detail was clear and appreciated. Best service ever, they were able to diagnose the problem on why the Acura SUV died on Thanksgiving and get the car back on the road as stated. There were no hidden surprises in the estimate of costs of repairs. They looked at the whole car to make sure it was safe for my family. The staff was patient in explaining the problem and were courteous in working around my needs. I highly recommend Automotive Magic and next will take my son's car to be serviced.

What a great place! Every worker there was so helpful and friendly. I can't say enough good things. They even gave me a follow up call a week or so after to make sure we were satisfied! That's good customer service right there. They did a great job with our car and I don't think we will trust anyone else from here on out. Bonus points for the fact that they donated to our local Breast Cancer fundraiser AAANNNDDD the owner (I think it was one of the owners... if not it was a manager) spent the whole day at the fundraiser in the kitchen flipping pancakes. Class act all around!
