I've been coming here for years through 2 cars. They have always stood by their work (the actually replaced something for free once when I brought it in for service and noticed it was something that they worked on) and they never recommend more than you need. They advised against a tire rotation because I didn't need it. They could have easily done it and charged me. The work is always quality, done on time, and the customer service is excellent.

Shawn and his team are the best. Brian always takes great care of me. They go that extra mile when it comes to customer service. They are fair and stand behind their repairs. Great place for all you car repairs and maintenance. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Exceptional Service. Coming back from a road trip from NYC to Chicago my car was having some issues. Stopped by the shop and had Shawn take a look at the car. Without even asking he knew what was wrong with the car. Fortunately we made it back to Chicago! Shawn was so helpful and professional and on top of it all actually cared enough to reach out to make sure we got back home safely!. Wish I could have a mechanic like that in Chicago! Thank you so much!! Don't look further if you live in the area, go there! Honesty at it's finest.

I've been coming here for over a year now and can say I completely trust these guys. Everyone is very nice and professional and best part is I know the prices are fair. I've had other shops try to jack up prices on me so it's a relief knowing that I can come here and not worry about it. Plus I usually drop my car off and they drive me to work down the street and when I get back my car is all vacuumed and ready to go!

My 2008 Hyundai Tucson just hit 60,000 miles. Time for a timing belt. Normally I do all of the maintenance on my vehicle myself but after pricing out parts and estimating the time it would take me to do it I decided to check out Automotive Magic based on several recommendations. I stopped by and was greeted by Brian. Couldn't have been more professional and accommodating. After a quick, very reasonable estimate, I decided to let them handle this one. Couldn't be happier. Tom and Shaun took care of everything including recommending some belts be replaced while they were in there. Didn't cost anymore in labor, just the parts. When I went back to pick the car up, Shaun came out and explained what he did, showed me the old parts and gave my Dad and I a tour though the shop as he saw that we were "fellow gearheads". Very friendly, professional team that seem to love what they do. I will definitely return for service in the future and have no problem recommending them to family and friends. Thanks guys!
