The owner is "the best". If you don't understand something, he will personally explain and show you what the trouble is. He always makes sure that his staff is kept up to date on everything.

Shawn and his staff as always been more than accommodating regardless of the repairs at hand. I’ve been taking my cars here for the last couple of years and have always received honest answers as to what needs to be repaired immediately and what could wait. Honesty is rare to come by in the auto repair industry. I've been going to Shawn at Automotive Magic for a few years now and it has been a pleasure. When you speak to anyone in his shop they are straight forward on what needs to be fixed right away or what you can plan for in the future.
