Jay V Mercedes Benz

Here we have a 2009 Mercedes-Benz G550 that came in for a vehicle health check. After a bad dealership experience, the owner was looking for a shop that cared about their customers and their vehicles, and found us. He mentioned that the vehicle had some odd noises and shakes he wanted us to address, and so we proceeded with our full health inspection including photos and videos of the issues we found as well as things that were still in optimal shape.

After a thorough inspection we found the G550 was indeed going to need a good amount of work to get back into good driving shape. We found that the brake and fuel lines were rotted and would likely be the culprit for a future leak. The fuel filter looked to be original and all four shocks were worn heavily. It also had play in the outer tie rod ends and right front wheel bearing, a rotted oil pan, the spark plugs were very overdue and misfiring, and tires and brakes were worn out. After reviewing the health rTport and explaining everything in the photos and videos, the customer agreed that all this work would need to be done at some point if not now, and approved to proceed with the work.

We got parts ordered and started getting it done. Now the vehicle is up to par for the owner and ready for many more miles. We take pride in taking care of the people and their vehicles not only in our community but yours too! Whether you’re having an issue with your car or just need scheduled maintenance done, we have your back whatever the case!
